What is your return policy?
We do not have a return policy, however we do offer exchanges.

What is your exchange policy?
We offer size exchanges within 7 days of product being received, as long as the item is unused and all tags are intact. Please contact us on Instagram or Facebook.
If you would like to order a different style or color, please specify in the desired item in your e-mail/message to our team.
All original items for exchange have to be sent back by the customer using a regular courier. Charges of return shipment need to be paid by the customer. Please contact our team via Facebook or Instagram to get the return address. We will NOT charge any additional shipping fee for new items in lieu of the exchange item.
All items are returnable, with the exception of the following:
  1. Swimwear
  2. Headbands
  3. On sale items

What should I do if I get a damaged or defective item?
Please contact us via Facebook or Instagram. Make sure to include your order number, a picture of the damage and a short description of the issue.

How much does shipping cost?
Flat rate for shipping is Rs. 200/- nationwide.

What cities do you deliver in?
We deliver in all cities covered by TCS service.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery within 2-3 business days for all in-stock items.


What are the care instructions of washing Tuhura’s activewear?

  • Turn every piece inside out first.
  • Avoid washing with other clothes to ensure the bleeding of colors from other fabrics never occurs.
  • Cold water washes only.
  • If your machine allows you to do so, pre-soak with vinegar and water for at least 15 before washing.
  • Don't use too much detergent. Pre-measured packets or pods will often hold more than what you need. Use far less than what you think you'll need to wash.
  • Do NOT use fabric softener.
  • NEVER use bleach, as bleach fades the color of your fabrics quickly and may break down specially formulated activewear fibers and fabrics.
  • Machine wash delicate or quick wash cycle.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a text message from TCS with the CN number or which is your tracking number.

How does pre-ordering work?
We offer select items for preorder. If you order both preorder and in-stock items in a single order, in-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days. Preorder items will ship separately as soon as they become available. You will be charged delivery charges once only.
If you would like to cancel your preorder item, please contact customer care on our Instagram or Facebook for the fastest response.

How do I apply a discount code on my order?

You can apply a discount code at checkout on any order. Only a single discount code can be applied per order. Two or more discount codes cannot be applied together.


How do I cancel my order?

Cancellations will be entertained within 24 hours only if order hasn't been dispatched.Please contact customer care on our Instagram or Facebook for the fastest response.
